New actions can be created by using existing actions as a template.
Select asset and open Long term planning > Projects and actions from menu
If you are in the Basic view, click on the action/project you want to copy and from three dots select Show detailed information.
Click Additional functions and click Create new action/project using this action/project as template in the drop-down list.
In the pop-up window, edit the asset or estimated time if necessary.
Then click Save
