Role aliases determine the names used for different user role rights.
It is possible to manage and modify roles through system settings.
From the process menu, go to System > Settings
Then select Role Aliases
Role aliases can be changed according to the needs of the customer organization.
It is recommended to name those aliases that are not used, for example NOT ENABLED to make it easier to work with role rights in other processes.
New aliases are saved by pressing Save
