Deviations can be dealt with either through the deviations process or directly through the meters process.

"X" Consumption is not within the limit values

There are several ways to handle a deviation related to limit values.

Method 1

In the process menu click Deviations > Deviation management

In the Deviations view that opens, you can filter deviations by using the search feature.

One way to close the deviation is using the Close deviation button through the Deviations page.

If the deviations are displayed in Basic view, start by opening a deviation to the expanded view.

Method 2

Another option is to manage deviation through the Meters process. Select Manage meter readings by the deviation. The deviation closes if the meter consumption returns to the limit values.

In the Meters view, the meter readings for that meter open automatically. By taking the pointer over the red triangle, a window opens through which you can sign for an anomaly, with or without a maintenance note.

Meter X lacks hourly readings or readings over the required x-number cycle

For missing readings, the deviation is eliminated when a missing reading is recorded on the meter.
