Approved phase is an optional status for the maintenance auditing process.

You can manage the setting for the approved phase by selecting following from the menu

Maintenance Audit > Settings > General Settings

By checking the Approved phase enabled checkbox, Approved phase will be added after the Done phase. This affects the whole customer database.

Select Save, to enable the changes.
