You can find the audit library by selecting following from the menu Audits > Settings > Audit library 

 

1. Add button enables you to create a new audit from scratch. 

 

2. Tree structure. Audit templates are visible in a tree structure in the audit library. By clicking on the arrow next to a heading will make the lower levels visible. 

 

3. Weight. The total weight of the audit template, and also the different weightings of the different audit groups, are clearly visualized in their own column. The total weight of the audit template should be 100% for the template to be visible in the dropdown menus in the audit process. If the total sum isn't 100%, then this value is marked red. 

 

4. Evaluation scale that is in use for the template. There are multiple different evaluation scales available. 

 

5. Audit periodlength. How long the audit period defined for the specific audit template is. 

 

6. Last updated on and Last updated by shows who has done the last changes to the template, and when this has happened. 

 

7. In addition, it is possible to filter the list by selecting Show only libraries that are in use 

 

8. In use column indicates which templates are being used currently. The templated which have a mark in this column are visible in the dropdown menus in the audit process.
