Select asset and open Long term planning > LTP planning from menu

By default, the years visible in the planning view are the current year and the following four (4) years. You can change the visible years in two different ways.

Year search

Open the search functions by selecting Search functions. By adding the preferred year X in the field "The first year visible", and by selecting SEARCH, the view is updated. View will now show the preferred year, and the following four (4) years.

Changing year with arrow buttons

You can find arrow buttons by the year coloumns in the LTP planning view. These buttons enable you to move back and forth, one year at the time.

Please notice, that the rows might be changing place when you change the years back and forth. This has to do with the fact, that Granlund Manager orders the projects and actions cronologically based on years. When you change the year back or forth, some new projects and actions might appear in the view.

If you change your property selection from the menu on the left, your year selection will remain.

The LTP planning view doesn't remember your year selection if you change to another process and return to the LTP planning view. By default, view will show current year, and the following four (4) years.
