Standard actions are added to a property or object in the same way as normal actions.
Go from process menu to Long term planning > Projects and actions
To create an action, you must first select whether you are creating an action or a standard action.
The standard action selection is behind the role permission, which means that not all users can view this option.
To create a standard action, click Add New Standard Action
To get started, click Standard Action Group. The drop-down menu displays all standard action groups found in the standard action library.
The standard action drop-down menu filters all standard actions that can be found under the selected standard action group in the standard action library. By changing the selection of the standard action group, the contents of the standard action drop-down menu are updated according to the selection.
Select the Standard Action that you want to add, and the fields below will be filled in according to the library information.
The standard action is automatically named based on what is specified in the standard action library. The name can also be edited, and the modified name will be forwarded to the future instance when the action is completed. Name editing does not make edits to the library.
An action category is the default action category that can be edited if needed. Specify a basis if the criteria are enabled.
Standard action scheduling
The maintenance period for a standard action is based on the standard action library.
When adding a standard action for the first time, in the Scheduling part you must manually enter the first time that the action will be performed.
From now on, the following standard action will be automatically created into the future based on the maintenance interval specified in the library. This occurs when the standard action is marked as finished. The next performance time is calculated from the completion date that is entered for the action (completion year + maintenance period)
Finally, click Save
The standard action follows the same rules as a normal action.
