The notification of the service request is delivered to the correct recipient, guided by system settings and user definitions. The recipient can process the request, take it into progress, send a message to the notifier, and sign off the task as completed. The process may also involve working hours and cost monitoring depending on the customer-specific solution.

To manage existing requests, you select Manage requests from the process menu

There are multiple requests shown in the view. You can filter requests or search for a specific request by using search. Instructions for filtering and using the search function can be found here.

The status of the requests are communicated in colors:

Blue: A new request that has not yet been taken in progress

Yellow: In progress

Green: Completed

In the service request listing, select the request you want to manage.

To open a request in a wider view, click on it to view, for example, the processing history.

Select Start to start processing the request, or mark it completed immediately.

Additional functions include, for example, to add pictures/documents to a request, or to transfer a cleaning-related request to a cleaning service area if the service area of the request has not been defined when submitting the request.

If resourcing is enabled

When resourcing is enabled, user must enter working time when the request is acknowledged.

The entered working time is reflected in the actual resourcing.
