The attributes of the devices can be modified by selecting the desired device from the property menu and selecting Asset Information -> Technical data
Attribute fields are defined for each device type. An attribute field refers to a field where technical information about a particular device or system can be entered, such as rated current, manufacturer or model.
To edit all attribute fields in the selected level, click Edit Attribute Values, then select All information found on all selected items on the menu
As a rule, the default values already stored in the database, such as a number, are used to enter attribute values. If a default value has been defined for the attribute field, you must use it. For example, when the default value is a number, it is not possible to enter free-form text in a field. If only default values are allowed in this field, the text field has been replaced with a drop-down menu, where you select the appropriate value.
N.B! All attribute fields may not have default values available, in which case the attribute value can be entered freely in the field.
You should always remember to save the attribute changes by pressing Save Changes.
