Documents are managed in Documents > Document Management

To add a new document to an item selected in the target list, click Add New Document. This action opens the form to add a document.

You can save a document in any file format to your system.

  1. Add files to a document (you can add one or more)
  2. Enter a descriptive name for the document
  3. Classify the document
  4. If desired, you can also refine the document-related features in the Additional information tab. Here you can give more search words for the document, in which case it can be found with several key words or marked with an authority entry (for example fire inspection record)
  5. The document can also be added to more than one asset in the Assets tab
  6. Click Finish to save the document for the item you selected.
