User roles and their rights are managed by going to the System > User rights for process roles
In the view, you can use the drop-down menu to manage which roles to view. Where appropriate, it is possible to examine one or more roles and their rights at the same time.
To get started, in the Roles drop-down menu, select the roles you want to view.
In role matrixes that appear, all sections marked in blue are active for the user role. You can extend titles to smaller sections by pressing the arrow next to them. It is also possible to only add a sublevel to a user role, without its upper level selected.
N.B! Although role rights allow access to the Documents process, the document classification role rights must still be assigned separately. Instructions for setting document classification role rights can be found here
After you add or remove rights from the role matrix, be sure to press the Save User Rights button. This saves the new rights for all users with the user role.
