Access the audit library by selecting following from the menu Maintenance audit > Settings > Audit library

Start creating a new audit template by clicking on Add in the audit library view.



In the window that opens you should fill in the information for the audit template.


Audit period length can be defined 1,3,6 or 12 months.


Next audit should be performed, defines, which time period Granlund Manager suggests the following audit to be performed at when marking an audit Done in the auditing process. The suggested next auditing time is only a suggestion, and can be changed from the dropdown menu when markin audit as Done. Also the "Do not create a new audit" - option will automatically appear for all audits performed.

 

Select in what form the audit questions will be answered, meaning evaluation scale, either one of the following 1-3, 1-4, 1-5, 1-10, Dynamic or Yes/No

  • An audit template can only have one answer format. You cannot mix numeric and Yes/No questions.
  • Dynamic evaluation scale enables questions to have different amount of reply options.
  • Notice, that the question format can be changed only as long as no audit points are created for the audit template.

  • Dynamic evaluation scale enables the amount of reply answers to be defined for each question individually.

Audit form in use -selection being checked means that the audit template is visible in the auditing process dropdown menu.

 

Select Save, after which the audit template will appear in the audit library view.


Next the audit groups will be created.

Select the three dot icon on the left side of the audit template and select + Add audit group


In the window that opens you should fill out the information regarding the audit group you are adding. After filling in the information click Save

Next the audit point will be created.

Select the three dot icon on the left side of the audit group and select + Add audit point




Add name for audit point and the descriptions of the answers. You do not have to add a description for all answers. If preferred, the 1-5 answers transform into 1-3 answers by adding descriptions on only the answers 1, 3 and 5.


Audit template, the groups and points can be freely modified until the audit template has been taken in use in one or multiple audits. The answer form can be modified only as long as no audit point has been added to the audit template.
