You can edit the attribute data by selecting Asset Information > process menu. Attributes can be edited in mass or individually.

Attributes can be mass editing when more than one item is selected.

Multi-item selection in attribute fields displays only the values of attributes that are the same for all items. If one of the selected items has attribute information that has been filled in separately, it does not appear when multi-selection is turned on.

Multi-item selection when selecting, changing, or clearing an attribute value updates a new value for all selected items. The new value is updated when you save. Therefore, the updating of a value applies to all actions — setting a new value in an existing blank field, changing an existing value, and deleting the value.

N.B! If the value field is cleared and Save or Save Changes is selected, the data for that attribute field is cleared for all selected items.

When two or more objects are selected, the mass editing of real estate data works as follows:

By default, the display displays completed data that is the same for all selected items. This filter condition is displayed when you click Show Search. In this case Filled information with the same value for all selected items is selected as default. You can also change the selection to All information found on all selected items to also display empty attribute fields.

There are two ways to edit attribute data

Method 1 Simultaneous editing of multiple attributes

  1. To edit attribute values, select Edit attribute values at the top to activate the multi-attribute edit field at the same time.
  2. Click Edit Attribute Values > Filled information with the same value for all selected items.
  3. All of these filled attributes can be edited on the same screen.
  4. Click Save Changes to save new values for all items.

or

  2. All of these attributes can be edited on the same screen.
  3. Click Save Changes to save new values for all items.

Method 2 Single Attribute Editing
