The building technology view enables the display of different building technology systems in a virtual property. On the floor you will find the technical building models in the drop-down menu of the information panel on the right. Devices in the selected model are listed under the drop-down menu.
Selecting a device highlights the location of that device in the image. Especially when looking at models with a large number of devices, this makes it easier to locate the device. In the same way, you can click an icon to select that device in the Info Panel.
The arrow button on the device allows you to navigate to view the data on the device. The Info Panel drop-down menu allows you to choose which device-related information you want to view. Maintenance task history shows all maintenance associated with the device.
The arrow displayed in the service can be used to view service information, and possibly to go to the Maintenance plan page to perform maintenance. To go to the Maintenance plan page, go to Manage maintenance Task
When moving to the Maintenance plan page, the view of the virtual property closes.
The Specifications view allows you to view the attributes connected to the device from the virtual property view. If you want to manage the technical information of your device, you can go to the property information module through the Manage Technical Information Additional Information button.
When moving to the real estate information module, the view of the virtual property closes.
Access journal entries can be viewed if any usage journal entries have been added to that device. Entries are displayed for all different situations.
You can use the arrow next to the usage journal entry to go and view more detailed information about the entry. The user can scroll the view to see all the information in the usage journal. You view this entry on the side of the usage journal module by clicking the Manage Usage Journal Entry button.
When you move to the module side of the usage journal, the view of the virtual property closes.
Building technology models may not have been exported to all levels. In this case, the program instructs you to select a level for which templates have been added. When the building is selected, all the building's equipment is listed on the information panel.
