To delete service requests, you need the user rights "Delete service request" on your user account role. Service requests can be deleted using quick actions on the managing requests page and in the view of a single service request page.
Process menu > Service Requests > Manage service requests
Quick action on the managing requests page:
Move the mouse button to the service request and press the additional actions button under the three dots. Under it, select "Delete".
Individual service request view
In the service request module, you can delete service requests using via three dots-icon in the individual service request view by selecting "Delete":
The system will ask you to confirm the deletion to avoid accidental removals. Make sure you're sure about the removal, and then confirm the removal.
Once you confirm the removal, the service request will be permanently deleted from the system and its data can no longer be recovered.
User right ”Delete Service Request”
To delete a service request, you need the "Delete service requests" user right. Access to the user right must be given to the role that is linked to the user ID. Role permissions can be managed on the Role permissions page.
