Excel report column terminology explained

General

  • Columns in Excel always arrange the same way from column A to column Q
  • The Q column is followed by "Sum of approved cost estimates" associated with the Cost estimate feature, if that feature is enabled in the database
  • If the Cost estimate feature is enabled, additional fields for selected service requests will appear in their own columns

Reaction time (min)

  • Reaction time is the time that has elapsed between the creating the service request and starting its progressing
  • If a service request is marked directly as Completed from New status, the reaction time is the time between creating the service request and changing its status to Completed.

Execution time (min)

  • Execution time is the time that has elapsed between starting the processing of a service request and the time until the service request is marked as complete
  • If the service request has been transferred directly to completion, the execution time is the time between creating the service request and marking it as completed.

Request take into progress

  • The service request can be reopened, in which case there can be more than one "Service request processed" event on the service request
  • The system retrieves the most recent transaction and prints out its time and the processor

Completed and Completed by

  • The service request can be reopened, in which case there can be more than one "mark complete" event
  • The system retrieves the latest transaction and prints out its time and the processor

Comments

  • Service requests can have more than one comment. All comments are inserted into one cell separated by a line break
  • The structure is as follows: Commenter > time > comment description

Printing an Excel report does not require additional selection for user right process roles. All users who have access to the Managing service requests page can print an Excel report of the service requests to which the user has access to.
