When resourcing is enabled, assigning the responsible person to the case execution is either done automatically or manually.

 

Go to Service requests > Manage requests in the process menu

 

 

Automatic resourcing

If automatic resourcing is turned on, all those who are listed as Actor for the service area will be assigned as the person responsible for the service request.

 

Manual resourcing

If manual resourcing is enabled, the user marked with Supervisor role can assign a person responsible to the service request.

 

Open the service request for which you want to mark the responsible person. In the upper bar of the service request, click Additional functions and then Select person in charge.

 

After clicking Select person in charge, a pop-up window opens where you can select the person responsible for the service request from the drop-down menu. The service area is automatically selected as the service area where the service request was submitted.

 

The drop-down menu shows all persons who are listed as Actor or Deputy in the service area. 

 

 

Select the responsible person from the drop-down menu, and then press Save

 

The person selected as the person in charge from the drop-down menu is updated in Assignee
