When resourcing is enabled, tasks are assigned either automatically or manually. This is based on the customer settings.

 

Manage requests my selecting Service requests > Manage requests

When automatic resourcing is enabled, it is possible to change the assignee manually. To be able to make the change, the user must be assigned to the management role for that service area.

 

The person responsible for the case will be updated to all users who are marked as responsible for execution in that service area.

 

By clicking Select person in charge, a pop-up window opens from which it is possible for the user to select another user as assignee. The responsible person is selected through the drop-down menu, which displays all the users who are listed as alternates for the service area.

 

Finally, press Save
