The quality feedback link sent from a service request is usable only once. This means, that you can click on the link only on time. You can’t open the link twice, even if you haven’t given any feedback on the first time.
You should open one link at a time. If you open multiple quality feedback links on the same time, you will get the notification that feedback has already been given, after sending feedback on the first form.
